One thing about the web that always bugged me is that there is little control over typography, and it seemed lazy to me as an artist. Working in RGB seemed like a short cut compared to the craft required to produce a printed page in CMYK. Even the Physics is different.

But c’mon now. The web is IT. Really. Imagine where we were just 10 years ago. Then go back 25 for the beta of Pagemaker 1. So rather than accept my dinosaur status, I decided to start a web page. Don’t know where it will go.

As the printing world gets smaller and smaller, and more and more functions are “in the cloud,” it is really hard to imagine what the next 10 years will bring. I’m sure it will be fun. And I’m sure playing on the web won’t hurt this graphic design dinosaur! Thanks for looking in on my journey.
