Fly kites at Cape Lookout State Park Picnic Shelter — The beach is fully visible from the picnic shelter. We can all enjoy the kites.

Easy to get to, just 83 miles from Portland, approx. 1.5 hour drive. Dress for the weather!

Day Use fee for Cape Lookout State Park is $5 per vehicle. We have the picnic shelter from 10 am to 10 pm.

Dogs on leashes at all times. There will be Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic) and extra kites!

• Bring your kite(s), potluck food, your own utensils/plates, and beverage, maybe a chair?
• 4 pm we will gather, eat,
• 5 pm time to tell stories.
• 6 pm: There will be a bonfire on the beach to burn Will’s Papers and Book of Shadows.
• Sunset is at 9:08 pm and then we leave the shelter by 10 pm.
